Returns Policy

We hope you love your Home of Hammam pieces — but if something’s not quite right, we’re happy to help.

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition and packaging.

To start a return, just email us at hello@homeofhammam.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Please note:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.

Exchanges are also welcome, subject to stock availability.
