All of our robes and towels are ethically made in Türkiye using traditional techniques and premium natural fibres.

2. What sizes do your robes come in?

Most of our robes are one size, designed to fit a range of body shapes. You’ll find specific sizing notes on each product page. We also offer Petite and Plus sizing in select styles.

3. What materials do you use?

We use high-quality, breathable fabrics like cotton, bamboo, and linen blends — chosen for softness, comfort, and sustainability.

4. Can I wash my robe/towel in the machine?

Yes! All items are machine washable. We recommend washing on a cold/cool wash and avoiding tumble drying to maintain softness and longevity.

5. How long will my order take to arrive?

UAE orders typically arrive within 2–5 working days. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order is on the way.

6. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

7. Can I return or exchange my order?

Of course. If your item isn’t quite right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn and in original condition.
